job pls lives in your messages, so everything here happens by text. tell us the number you practice from and we’ll send you a confirmation. nothing changes until you reply.

billing, in plain words

plans start at $19.99 a week ($39.99 a month, $89.99 for three months) and renew until you cancel. to cancel, text “cancel plan” to your coach; you keep access through what you already paid for. if something went wrong with a purchase, email hello@jobpls.app from any address and tell us the number you text from. a human reads it and handles refunds.

want the texts to stop?

text STOP to your coach at any time. that stops all messages from job pls, and if you have a plan it also stops it from renewing (you keep access through what you paid for). text START if you change your mind.

delete my data

you can remove everything we’ve stored: your profile, transcripts, coaching history and any recordings you sent. this is permanent.

on an older weekly plan?

a few people signed up before the sprint on a weekly plan that renewed. if that is you, this stops the next renewal. text CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION to your coach, or use this form.

can i start over?

delete your data and text us again. you’ll come back as a brand new user.
